Item 1. It’s not the American flag. It’s the United States government UNION flag. It has always been the union of American states flag. This is historical FACT! Obviously, like most ignorant Americans, Trump is ignorant of American history and the factual history of this country and its government! The flag was invented for the UNION! An abstract construct created by the states, at that time. The political construct, corporation, of the country, land mass, called America.
Item 2. A flag is a piece of material. An inanimate object. Property of the owner of that piece of material. If that piece of material is made by a person, purchased by a person from someone who made it, or a company that manufactured it, it is the personal property of that person. Private property. Private property is protected by the Constitution. It is your property, you have the right to do with it as you please. Period! There is no debate here!

They have all the natural unalienable human rights that anyone else [adults] have. Rights come with being born human. BTW, those rights have very little to do with the Constitution. Also, there are laws in America [and most certainly in other countries] that violate the “equal under the law” principle. This principle forbids the government from discriminating against, that is, treating anyone, of any age, differently. e.g., Age of consent laws, consumption of alcoholic beverages, engaging in [natural] human sexual activities, and others.
The so-called age of majority, 18, has become a farce in America. Ageism is a form of discrimination. 18 is a fabricated and arbitrary designation. For those of us who are old enough to remember, 21 used to be the age of “legal” adulthood. Neither 21 nor 18 have any basis in fact, scientifically, biologically, or legally. Some men [mostly and usually] got together and arbitrarily fabricated this number/age designation. Anytime an age [number] can be arbitrarily changed that number is meaningless in reality.

Item 1: Trump-ass is still occupying the White House. This I find mind boggling. Withholding funds from WHO, beyond stupid! There are actually people who love this guy and want him to continue being president after the next election. These people are truly… DUMB FUCK STUPID!

Meanwhile, those people with inadequate brain function continue to defy reality and rational thinking. Christian nutters continue to hold church services and put people at risk. This is called reckless endangerment! The really dumb thing is, people continue to attend these death trap cult gatherings. I mean, it’s one thing for a preacher [that’s what we call them around here] to continue to hold “services”, but it’s a completely different kind of stupid to actually go to them.
These idiots who suggest that the government is violating people’s right to practice their religion [by closing or threatening to close down churches and arresting the con-man… er… minister, whatever!, are complete morons. They, apparently, are lacking basic brain function. I’m with Bill Hicks on this. He said, One [or more] less morons in the world!
This is assuming that the idiots will spread the virus, C-19, and many will die as a result. Now, I hate to see people die, for any reason, but if they choose to go that way… well… their choice, I suppose!

Something I find interesting. People, apparently, have to give up their freedoms in order to defeat this damn virus. The fact that the government thinks it’s necessary to violate our human rights, and the Constitution, in order to save us [or is it protect us, or both?] plus they cite previous court rulings to back up their actions, or argument for imposing these oppressive and draconian restrictions, could very well be argued. I will not do so at this time. I will, however, be keeping a close eye on future developments, just in case the government decides to extend their oppressive powers beyond the end of this current crisis.

So, the gun people held an event in Virginia. Two days later the state of Virginia voted to pass anti-gun legislation anyway. Fat lot of good their protest did! BTW, that law is un-constitutional and therefore a CAPITAL CRIME! The RIGHT … SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! It is more than obvious that peaceful non-violent protests accomplish nothing! The government criminals, traitors, bullies, terrorists just ignore the people, and the Constitution, and continue doing whatever the fuck they want! I hate to say it, but it looks like, to me, that it is going to take more than non-violent protests and [permitted] marches. It’s going to take affirmative ACTION! >> Today, in Washington D.C. there is another kind of protest. This time it’s the anti-Freedom, dumber than dirt anti-abortion lunatics. Thousands of idiots turned up to promote their anti-FREEDOM, anti-legal medical procedure agenda. The difference between these two groups is: one is protesting the anti-freedom unconstitutional anti-gun insanity that holds all Americans hostage and threatens the very lives and liberty of all Americans. A Hole In The Fabric
The time has come
The dread is now
Like a whorl wind
It swept me up
And in a darkened state
I dwell on what’s to come
As overwhelmed as I
I cannot help but think
There are regrets involved
And I cannot forget
My mother was my source
She was always there for me
And tho there were doubts
About my ways and means
Her love was always true
There is holes in the fabric
The wounds burn my soul
The voids are consuming
And I too am only mortal
And in the by and by
Tho I cannot imagine it
I too will follow her
As nature makes it so
As said I can’t imagine
The world without me in it
The same is true of mother
Tho in truth she is gone
I had hoped there would be time
At least a few more years
The inevitable postponed
These tears delayed a while
But that is not to be
And I must struggle on
Tho strength abandons me
I will go on somehow
In a moment of reflection
Those memories will not fade
I keep seeing her alive
And hear her calling me
I hear my name called out
As if she’s in the room

She did live for quite a while

This sense of loss is cruel

She was here and full of life

That she drove her car to town
To buy some needed things
Surprising at her age
And just last week she said
Tho she be worn down and weak
That she has plans to keep
And things she needs to do
Those things will go undone
And words will not be said
But love will carry on
And memories will not fade
Thru-out the by-gone times
From youth to present day
I always had the thought
My mother would be there
And tho I lost my father
At such an early age
He being only fifty-five
When he did pass away
I could not help but hope
That mother’s life would last
Upwards of a century
Which meant a few more years
But that is not to be
And she is laid to rest
Where my father does recline
United in repose
The two of them are there
Tho their souls are far from here
And I miss the both of them
A part of me is gone
I cannot bear the thought
Tho my thoughts are haunting me
That I will never see
My mother’s face again
And on the worst of days
Until this time arrived
Her love for me was true

The Supreme Court and That Stupid Ignorant Fool of a Baker!
The fucktards in America fail to understand one simple principle in this [alleged] FREE country. FREE ENTERPRISE! And: The individual Right to engage in FREE enterprise as we deem fit and proper for ourselves. The government does not own us or our business! The government has NO SAY in how we choose to conduct our personal business! Or how we choose to engage in FREE enterprise [short of fraud or other REAL criminal activities, like thievery, murder, contractual violations, etc.] FREE enterprise is a basic human right!
However, corporations are not afforded this basic human right as corporations are bound by corporate laws controlling fictitious entities created for the specific purpose of engaging in a privileged activity.
Corporations don’t have Human Rights.
Having said this fact, it is insane to think that discrimination can be legislated out of existence, any more than stupidity and absurd notions can be removed from the hearts and minds of ignorant and stupid people! Make no mistake, this baker is a stupid and ignorant man! There is no excuse for his obnoxious behavior or mistreatment of fellow human beings. He has the right to believe whatever idiotic and disgusting beliefs he chooses, but the consequences should never be a legal matter. I favor shunning, mocking, shaming, and ridiculing stupid and ignorant people who choose to mistreat their fellow human beings and act like assholes and monkey shit pricks…all in the name of religious nonsense and mythological bullshit!
The SCOTUS could have ended all this bullshit by ruling in favor of the Principle of Free Enterprise! But they chose not to like the cowardly treasonous anti-freedom anti-American pricks they are!

It’s not the American flag. There is no such thing as the American flag. It is and always has been, since the formation of the UNION of American states, the symbol for that UNION of American States. It IS the United States GOVERNMENT flag. The federal government IS a union. This is documented historical and legal fact. It is not disputable! The facts are the facts! When you choose to call the UNION flag the “American” flag you are WRONG. It’s that simple! The stars represent the members of that union, currently 50 stars, thus, 50 states, and the thirteen stripes represent the 13 original Sovereign [Nation] States that agreed to form and join that union. That union was never meant to be or take the place of those member states, or be a substitute for the abstract construct called America, the country. Remember, the members of a union are not the union, thus the members of the United States Union are not the United States as a country or nation. Think of it this way. The individual miners that make up the membership of the United Mine Workers Union are not themselves the union, an abstract, nor are they the coal mine that they are employed at. No coal mining company would even consider saying that the union of the miners, or the individual miners that work at the mine, are actually THE Coal mining company that employs them, the union miners, or call the miners, themselves, a coal mine! It’s an absurd notion! In other words, the coal mine is not the union, and the coal company is not the union. And, the individual workers, members of the union, are not the union either. So, let’s try to be rational intelligent enlightened people and stop calling the union flag the American flag. Because it is NOT the American flag.

Marriage is a Natural Unalienable Human Right, not a government “granted” privilege. Real marriage is a fluid concept. It has no absolute definition. Real marriage is whatever the parties directly involved define it to be for them. No one else has the right to define their relationship or the construct of their life’s arrangements. Most of the American people have been manipulated, conditioned, indoctrinated, and duped to believe that State marriage, the fraudulent government scheme, program, is the only way to be legally “married”. This is a blatant and criminal lie! The creation of State marriage [sic] is a relatively recent INVENTION. The criminal conspiracy to indoctrinate the whole of America with this notion that the State has any say in the living arrangements, personal relationships of human beings, only took about two generations to almost totally mind-fuck the entire population of America. Research provides evidence that this criminal scheme began around 1859 in America. Less than a hundred years later practically everyone in America believed the scam to be true and valid. Trying to convince Americans of this criminal conspiracy is proving to be nearly impossible. Like so many other criminal schemes and fraudulent conspiracies perpetrated by the criminal government and their collaborators and dupes, the American people are unwilling or incapable of seeing thru the facade of lies and indoctrination.
